Talent Acquisition Specialist (Junior-Mid)

We are looking for a person who wants to work with Talent Acquisition tasks and hire talented people.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a person who wants to work with Talent Acquisition tasks and hire talented people.

Day to day

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and an internal database of Talent pool
  • Launch head-hunting campaigns on LinkedIn and other channels
  • Create job ads for job boards and/or social media
  • Proactively investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing & recruitment strategies
  • Create and maintain our hiring partners network
  • Hands-on experience of conducting interviews to discover new talents

You are someone who has:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter
  • You have knowledge and experience in recruiting IT talents or at least interested in the tech world
  • People person with high emotional intelligence
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ready to take ownership
  • Attention to details
  • Proficiency in digital recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Very good in English (verbal, written) as you will use it on a daily basis. Russian would be an advantage

Salary

Salary - up to 2500 EUR per month (before taxes). The precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
